The meeting reviewed and adopted the President's work report on "Innovation, Green, Strong base and Self-discipline to Promote the high-quality development of China's stainless steel Industry". Reviewed and adopted the "2023 Stainless Steel Branch Secretariat Work Report" submitted by Secretary-General Liu Yanping.

The council reviewed and elected Anhui Fukette Material Co., LTD., Zhejiang Zhida Pipe Industry Co., LTD., Shandong New Century Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. as the executive director units of the first session of the Executive Council of the Stainless Steel Branch. Lin Lizhou, Wang Zhonghua and Wang Hua were appointed as executive directors respectively.

Consider co-selecting Lianyungang Huale Alloy Group Co., Ltd. as the vice president unit of the first session of the Executive Council of the Stainless Steel Branch, and Wei Yinhang as the vice president.
